Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience, along with strong analytical and quantitative skills, the ability to analyze and interpret information, data, and documentation, excellent communication skills, and self-motivation. Experience working with ERP/MRP systems and a detail-oriented approach with strong organizational skills are also required.

Responsibilities

The Business Operations Sr Manager will manage Business Operations relationships across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Data Centers, and Enterprise Technology functions, own and communicate forecasting regarding budget, capital expenses, and operating expenses, track spending and costs with partners, create project plans aligning supply chain to manufacturing to data center, manage IT and SaaS subscriptions for optimization efficiency, manage headcount planning for staff and contract services, aid in vendor scorecarding and management, collaborate closely with Finance, Accounts and Billing, Procurement, and Engineering, maintain a strong focus on aligning activities with business needs, cultivate and manage strong relationships with external stakeholders and vendors, advise internal teams on strategies with a focus on the big picture, evaluate needs from both a business and financial perspective, and track key metrics to monitor efficiency, cost savings, and overall effectiveness of activities.
