Requirements

Candidates should possess 5+ years of experience in management consulting, business insights, or data analytics, with demonstrated expertise in pulling and joining large data sets to draw strategic insights and conclusions using tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R. Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI is required, along with comfort working with senior leaders and the ability to operate independently with minimal direction.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Manager, the individual will manage reporting structures to serve as sources of truth for metric reporting, own strategic analysis to inform business planning, partner with the Data & Analytics team to streamline data reporting, serve as a trusted partner for leadership stakeholders, drive core performance management meetings, create financial and operational models, and play a key role in defining Tia’s business priorities and strategy. They will also proactively identify opportunities for analytical insights and operational improvement within the organization.
