Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in project management, business operations, finance, or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in workplace coordination, vendor management, or finance support
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, and collaboration tools (e.g., WebEx)
Experience with expense management systems (Concur, Coupa) and CRM platforms (Salesforce/MSD) preferred
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Fluent in Korean and English
Responsibilities
Provide support to the COO team to implement and execute business related projects and ensure smooth execution of team activities and cross-functional coordination
Provide regular reporting and analytics e.g. GA regulatory reports to the COO team
Track and report key sales numbers for internal reporting, budget formation purposes
Assist with ad-hoc analysis or tasks requested by the APAC COO team
Manage Analytics for Employee Opinion Survey (EOS) results
Handle business license renewals and maintain corporate seal documentation logs
Support onboarding and workspace readiness for new hires and team changes
Manage corporate card expenses, verify Amex invoices, collect receipts, and submit via Concur
Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual invoice documentation, PO issuance, and accrual tracking
Support tax and legal invoice processing in collaboration with Accounts Payable and billing teams
Facilitate vendor registration, updates, and compliance reviews and maintain client contact lists and meeting notes in Salesforce/MSD
Act as the liaison for corporate service vendors to manage relationships, raise purchase orders (POs), and process invoices via Coupa
Maintain a professional and well-organized office environment, including meeting rooms, and shared spaces
Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and incoming calls and oversee mail and courier services, including sorting, delivery, and tracking
Coordinate client meetings and events—internal and external—including room bookings, refreshments, logistics, and reservations
Arrange logistics for regional visitors and external meetings, including travel bookings (flights, hotels, trains) for the Korea office
Prepare meeting materials (printing, binding) and assist with Outlook scheduling
Manage business card issuance, corporate card usage, and maintain Korea traveller lists
Organize internal employee events including communications, attendance tracking, material preparation, and expense handling
