Responsibilities

Cover breaking technology news with urgency and insight
Pitch and produce regular enterprise stories that go beyond headlines
Interview experts and influential C-suite execs in tech to identify trends
Analyze SEC filings and synthesize corporate earnings in accessible terms
Collaborate with editors, visuals and other teams to produce high-quality journalism
Thrive in a fast-paced newsroom and work well under pressure with the team
Be a skilled, insightful and compassionate interviewer
Be meticulous in copy and ambitious in reporting
Pitch creative and compelling story ideas
Cover the business of tech, including earnings, stock performance, AI trends, chips, software, fintech, and their impacts on economy and consumers
Talk to investment managers, technologists, and privacy advocates to unearth trends
