Requirements

  • Formation Bac+4/5 en école de commerce, école de gestion ou équivalent
  • 4 ans d’expérience minimum en tant qu’Ingénieur d’affaires, Business developer ou Account manager en ESN
  • Disposition d’un réseau en ESN : clients et partenaires
  • Dynamique, persévérant(e) et motivé(e) par les nouvelles technologies
  • Curieux(se), avec le sens commercial et l’âme d’un chasseur
  • Réactif(ve), enthousiaste, organisé(e) et à l’aise avec l’outil téléphonique

Responsibilities

  • Gestion et développement d’un portefeuille de comptes (ETI & Grands comptes) sur des offres de conseil à valeur ajoutée, projets structurants et missions chez le client
  • Prospection / ouverture de nouveaux périmètres / construction et développement des relations avec de nouveaux clients : identifier de nouvelles cibles et opportunités
  • Détection de projets et gestion des avant-ventes de bout en bout
  • Développement et animation de votre réseau de partenaires
  • Suivi des consultants en mission et de la satisfaction clients
  • Suivi fin des projets vendus, fonctionnement en binôme avec les CP / DP
  • Pilotage de son activité commerciale sur CRM (Salesforce) et outil BI : reporting, pipe, facturation, forecast
  • Être force de proposition pour alimenter les chantiers d’amélioration continue (process, qualité, capitalisation, offres-expertises)
