Candidates should possess strong analytical skills and experience with marketing data, proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation, experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or ThoughtSpot, the ability to translate business goals into analytical workstreams, excellent communication and collaboration skills, experience with A/B testing and multivariate testing, and an understanding of marketing funnel metrics (acquisition, conversion, retention, engagement).
The Business Intelligence Marketing Analyst will partner with Marketing Analysts and stakeholders to understand goals and translate them into analytical workstreams, analyze campaign performance across various marketing channels, provide actionable insights to optimize acquisition strategies and improve user engagement and retention, design and evaluate A/B and multivariate tests to measure the impact of marketing initiatives, monitor key Marketing metrics and surface emerging risks and opportunities across the funnel, build, maintain, and improve Marketing dashboards in Tableau, ThoughtSpot, or similar tools, ensure clarity and consistency in metric definitions, support proactive reporting, evolve self-serve reporting capabilities, perform exploratory analysis on audience segments, and investigate campaign performance to identify trends and opportunities.
