Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field, or relevant business experience, along with 5+ years of experience in analytics, customer insights, or related fields within an eCommerce environment. Strong SQL skills, including the ability to write and optimize complex queries, work with large datasets, and support ETL processes, are required, as well as strong business acumen.

Responsibilities

The Manager, Marketing Analytics will leverage SQL and other analytics tools to extract, analyze, and interpret customer data, providing actionable insights to improve business performance. They will develop and refine customer segmentation models to drive personalized marketing, customer retention, and engagement strategies, track and report on key customer metrics, and work closely with the Customer Engagement team to analyze customer interactions and measure campaign effectiveness. Additionally, they will collaborate with the BI team to build and maintain dashboards, design rigorous A/B tests, work with Data Engineering to develop and deploy analytics code, and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
