Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field, coupled with 2-4 years of hands-on experience in business intelligence, digital or marketing analytics, or similar roles. Proficiency in SQL and Excel is essential, along with experience using data platforms like Snowflake and BI tools, particularly Power BI. Familiarity with digital analytics platforms such as Google Analytics is also required, alongside strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and clear communication skills to present data effectively to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

The Business Intelligence Analyst will build reporting tools and dashboards to track online booking funnel performance and enhance client experience. Responsibilities include testing and improving search, social, and content performance to boost customer engagement and conversions. The analyst will partner with the Data Engineering team to define and operationalize key business metrics, extract and prepare data from platforms like Snowflake for analysis, and develop dashboards and reports using Power BI for internal stakeholders. Additionally, the role involves monitoring trends, providing data-backed recommendations for growth strategies, and collaborating with data teams to set KPIs, build dashboards, and extract actionable insights.
