Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the KAMs team, Clean Room Channel (Distributors) sales team, and Accounts to meet sales and profit objectives
  • Promote, develop, expand, and maintain O&M Halyard’s business in the India Clean Room segment through partnerships with regional/local marketing team and country management
  • Develop a complete business plan for the Business Vertical to achieve specific sales targets in volume, net sales value, and Operating Profit budget
  • Conduct regular business reviews and updates with Country Management, key Distributors, and KAMs
  • Drive the team of 3 KAMs across India to build strong strategic position in Clean Room segment
  • Analyse Strategic Business Channel Partners and Accounts, develop strategies to maximize penetration and potential
  • Work with internal stakeholders (Local & APAC Management & KAMs) to manage and maximize opportunities from major Accounts
  • Ensure O&M Halyard stays up to date on market changes to maximize India business position
  • Drive disciplined execution of sales competencies development, customer relationships, and sales processes using SFDC CRM
  • Build sales capability and performance culture that differentiates and rewards based on contribution
  • Develop and implement Strategic Plans with Strategic Business Partners
  • Develop the Distribution Channel and conduct Business Development in Key Accounts
  • Collaborate on Marketing Strategy and Planning
