  • En recherche d’un stage de fin d’études à partir du premier trimestre 2026 dans le cadre d’une formation scientifique ou technique dans le domaine biomédical (M1 stage + M2 alternance)
  • Au moins une expérience dans le domaine du dispositif médical, en environnement hospitalier ou au contact de professionnels médicaux
  • Goût pour l’autonomie, la prise d’initiative, fortes capacités organisationnelles et sens aigu de la relation client
  • Grande disponibilité pour des déplacements en France entière
  • Pédagogie, capacité à prioriser l’activité, volonté de maintenir des niveaux élevés de qualité et de service
  • Niveau d’anglais professionnel (environnement international, notamment pour la formation)
  • Exposition préalable ou connaissances en neurosciences (atout)

Responsibilities

  • Développement commercial : identifier et prospecter de nouveaux clients (centres hospitaliers, cliniques, médecins spécialistes) pour promouvoir les solutions de radiofréquence pour le traitement de la douleur
  • Support technique et clinique : accompagner le corps médical lors des procédures de radiofréquence, apporter une expertise technique et garantir la bonne utilisation des dispositifs
  • Formation des utilisateurs : assurer la formation pratique des équipes médicales et paramédicales sur les produits et protocoles
  • Suivi et fidélisation : développer des relations durables avec les clients via un suivi régulier et identification de besoins pour proposer des solutions adaptées
  • Veille concurrentielle et marché : analyser les tendances du marché, la concurrence et les opportunités pour renforcer la position de l’entreprise
  • Collaboration interne : travailler avec les équipes marketing et techniques pour optimiser les actions commerciales et la satisfaction client
