Strong commercial acumen and proven ability to build long-term partnerships are essential. The ideal candidate will possess an owner mentality, be hands-on, resourceful, and proactive, with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. The role requires the candidate to be based in a Western European market.
The Business Development professional will own and execute the reseller, integrator, and consulting partner strategy across Western Europe, specifically in DACH, France, and Benelux. This includes building and deepening relationships with key systems integrators and resellers, onboarding, enabling, and activating partners to succeed with ElevenLabs products. The role involves generating and qualifying new opportunities through partners, expanding and scaling the Partner Program in line with growth targets, designing, piloting, and optimizing incentive models for partners, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the program.
