  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of business development representatives to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Provide real-time coaching, feedback, best practices, one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, team huddles, and training programs
  • Foster a positive, high-performance team culture with motivation, collaboration, and accountability
  • Actively manage personal pipeline through prospecting, cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and lead qualification
  • Conduct cold outreach to source qualified sales opportunities and set an example for the team
  • Prospect into account book to identify and reach out to best accounts and prospects
  • Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company goals
  • Identify opportunities and implement solutions to improve BD organization
  • Work with BD leadership to define sales targets, goals, and performance expectations
  • Collaborate with sales, sales operations, and enablement teams for proper enablement, messaging, and materials
  • Provide feedback to leadership and cross-functional teams on BD trends, team performance, and outreach
