Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role within a B2B environment. Proficiency in both English and Slovenian is required, along with a growth-minded and Challenger Sales mentality, focusing on pipeline and revenue growth.
The Business Development Specialist will develop growth strategy plans to prioritize sales efforts and proactively seek out potential customers in the Slovenian market. They will manage the entire sales cycle, engage in consultative sales, conduct pre-contractual negotiations, and facilitate customer onboarding. Additionally, the specialist will monitor industry trends, manage opportunity reporting, and communicate progress towards achieving sales goals.
