Business Development Representative

Position Overview

Business Development Representatives identify potential customers, build relationships with them, and generate new business opportunities. You will be responsible for researching & analyzing market trends, creating sales strategies, and presenting proposals. Your goal is to increase revenue and profitability by expanding the company's customer base.

Responsibilities

• Working closely with Marketing and Sales to deliver introductory meetings and opportunities
• Building and nurturing relationships with your prospects to drive interest and awareness for Workvivo
• Engaging prospects through carefully crafted sales cadences via outreach by Telephone, Email, LinkedIn and Video
• Sharing stories of how customers are already using Workvivo
• Developing a deep understanding of the buyer persona and buying journey to improve our outbound sales campaigns
• Reporting to leadership on data insights and make recommendations for improvements.

What we’re looking for

• 1 to 3 years Business Development experience with SaaS sales
• Ability to manage a large number of accounts and work cohesively with AE's
• Experience in communicating with C-Level by phone and email
• Empathic and have positive energy
• Comfortable with process and ambiguity, as the company is still growing and learning.
• Experience in picking up and explaining ideas and processes to business decision-makers and championing them.
• Knowledgeable in tools of the trade i.e. Hubspot, Zoominfo, Salesforce, LinkedIn, and Outreach

Salary Range or On Target Earnings (OTE)

• Minimum: $64,500.00
• Maximum: $121,100.00

Note:

• In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed, Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration base salary, bonus, and equity value.
• Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
• There may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations due to Zoom's location-based compensation structure.
