Responsibilities

Business Development Representatives are responsible for identifying potential customers, building relationships, and generating new business opportunities. This includes researching and analyzing market trends, creating sales strategies, and presenting proposals to increase revenue and profitability. Key duties involve working closely with Marketing and Sales to deliver introductory meetings, nurturing prospect relationships, and engaging prospects through various outreach methods like telephone, email, LinkedIn, and video. Representatives will share customer success stories, develop a deep understanding of buyer personas and buying journeys to improve outbound sales campaigns, and report data insights and recommendations for improvement to leadership.
