Requirements

Candidates should possess a STEM background at the degree level and have French language skills. They must demonstrate a consistent high quantity of outreach combined with relevant personalization, be incredibly organized, and comfortable using multiple outreach methods like videos, events, email sequencing, LinkedIn, social media, or phone calls. The ideal candidate is coachable, accountable, consistent in developing knowledge and results, believes in a consultative and human sales approach, can operate in an autonomous environment, and embraces change. Experience generating pipeline through outbound sales, calling, and establishing foundations with potential customers is also required.

Responsibilities

The Business Development Representative will quickly develop an understanding of the Ideal Customer Profile to target suitable companies for Paddle. They will prospect their own pipeline of good-fit Paddle accounts, generate conversations through outbound outreach, and convert these conversations into qualified opportunities for the Account Executive team. Responsibilities also include partnering with the marketing department to collaborate on demand generation events, effectively showcasing Paddle through various channels, managing and prioritizing time to consistently achieve targets, and consistently attaining and exceeding target expectations.
