Business Development Representative

Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of sales, business development, or lead generation experience, preferably in IT sales, and a proven ability to independently generate and qualify sales leads. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are also required, along with self-motivation and a target-driven approach.
As a Business Development Representative, you will identify potential end-users, conduct discovery calls, deliver tailored pitches, and qualify leads. You will collaborate with the Business Development team to engage vendors and assign leads to channel partners, and also identify and onboard new partners (MSPs, VARs, resellers) while maintaining accurate records and meeting/exceeding key performance indicators. Additionally, you will work closely with sales and vendor teams and be willing to travel.
