Candidates should possess 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role, preferably in SaaS or B2B, and demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills are essential, along with self-motivation and a proactive work ethic. Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot is also required.
As a Business Development Representative, you will qualify inbound leads, conduct discovery calls to understand potential clients’ needs, research and reach out to brands that would benefit from Teikametrics’ solutions, and use a mix of tools to uncover high-potential prospects. You will collaborate with your Manager and the Marketing team to develop outreach strategies, track and manage prospects through the sales process, become an expert on Teikametrics’ technology and the eCommerce landscape, and contribute to team learning by sharing insights and best practices.
