Business Development Representative (BDR) - DACH Team

Position Overview

360Learning is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our DACH team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating high-potential opportunities within 360Learning's top priority accounts. You will act as the primary point of contact for these accounts, creating business opportunities for DACH Account Executives through the qualification of inbound and outbound leads. You will utilize cutting-edge Sales Development techniques and tools to engage prospects and play a crucial role in building a robust sales pipeline. Your responsibilities will include qualifying leads, pitching our product, identifying customer pain points, understanding prospect contexts, and demonstrating how 360Learning can provide solutions. You will be an evangelist for collaborative learning in the market, effectively presenting the 360Learning value proposition.

Working closely with your coach, marketing operations, demand generation, and sales teams, you will receive comprehensive onboarding and continuous learning and coaching opportunities to support your professional growth.

Key Responsibilities and Milestones

Within 1 Month:

  • Complete onboarding and transition into the core BDR role.
  • Master the pitch and qualification methodology.
  • Begin qualifying leads and creating initial opportunities for Account Executives.

Within 3 Months:

  • Fully master the company's tool stack and ramp up performance.
  • Act as a key partner to the Account Executives.
  • Qualify your first Sales Qualified Lead (SQL) opportunities.
  • Master prioritizing inbound and outbound leads and forecasting performance.
  • Advance your qualification methods to an advanced level.
  • Gain mastery of the tool stack, including SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, etc.

Within 6 Months:

  • Be fully ramped on both inbound and outbound methodologies.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly quotas for Sales Qualified Leads.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to enhance lead quality and contribute innovative lead generation ideas in weekly meetings.
  • Research trends and best practices for creating prospect interest and engagement.

Within 12 Months:

  • Contribute as a subject-matter expert on the 360Learning platform and share knowledge with the wider organization.
  • Participate in the onboarding of new team members.

Requirements

  • First experience in a B2B SaaS environment, preferably as a BDR, SDR, or Inside Sales.
  • Previous experience in inbound lead generation and/or outbound prospecting.
  • Preferred (not mandatory): Experience using Salesforce, Salesloft, and Gong.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Active listening skills, with the ability to uncover customer needs.
  • Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Native German proficiency.
  • Fluent English proficiency (B2 level or equivalent).
