Candidates should have first experience in a B2B SaaS environment as a BDR, SDR, or Inside Sales, with previous experience in inbound lead generation and/or outbound. Preferred but not mandatory is experience using Salesforce, Salesloft, and Gong. Strong written and verbal communication skills, active listening skills, ability to uncover customer needs, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment are essential. Native German and fluent English (B2 level or equivalent) proficiency is required.
The Business Development Representative will generate opportunities from top priority, highest potential accounts in the DACH region. They will be responsible for creating business opportunities for DACH Account Executives through inbound and outbound lead qualification, leveraging sales development techniques and tools. The role involves qualifying inbound and outbound leads, pitching the product to prospects, detecting customer pain points, understanding customer context, and presenting the 360Learning value proposition. Collaboration with coaches, marketing operations, demand generation, and sales teams is expected, along with contributing to a strong sales pipeline and potentially onboarding new team members.
