Business Development Representative (BDR) - French Enterprise Outbound

Position Overview
360Learning is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our French Enterprise Outbound team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating qualified opportunities within 360Learning's top-priority, highest-potential accounts. You will develop and execute personalized outreach strategies to engage target personas, transform intent signals into a sales pipeline, and evangelize the value of collaborative learning.
Responsibilities
- Create and qualify cold outbound leads within your assigned territory.
- Contact potential customers through cold calls, email, and LinkedIn.
- Identify customer pain points, understand their context, and articulate how 360Learning can provide solutions.
- Pitch the 360Learning value proposition and promote collaborative learning in the market.
- Work collaboratively with your coach, marketing operations, demand generation, and sales teams.
- Develop and implement strategic account-based outreach strategies.
- Identify and leverage new business entryways for targeted outreach.
- Contribute innovative lead generation ideas to weekly sales meetings.
Onboarding and Growth Milestones
Within 1 Month:
- Complete onboarding and begin core BDR responsibilities.
- Master the product, positioning, and buyer persona.
- Understand and apply the pitch and qualification methodology.
- Discover your account territory and define an approach strategy with Account Executives and Key Account Managers.
- Begin outreach to leads and create your first opportunities.
Within 3 Months:
- Fully master the tool stack and ramp up outbound efforts.
- Act as a strategic partner to Senior Account Managers in defining portfolio strategies.
- Define your long-term account roadmap and engage with key personas.
- Build strategic account-based outreach strategies.
Within 6 Months:
- Achieve 100% of your monthly target.
- Quickly research and strategize approaches to create interest and engagement.
- Detect and share opportunities for outbound process improvement.
Within 12 Months:
- Become eligible for transition to an Account Executive (AE) or Key Account Manager (KAM) role.
- Collaborate with sales teams by bringing innovative lead generation ideas.
Skills and Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum 9-12 months of experience hitting targets as a BDR or SDR in a B2B SaaS environment, targeting enterprise clients (5,000-30,000 employees).
- Proven experience in outbound sales and/or account-based marketing.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Passion for learning and education.
Preferred (Not Mandatory):
- Experience using Salesforce, Salesloft, and Gong.
- Master's degree in a related field.
