Requirements

Candidates should have at least 9-12 months of experience hitting targets as a BDR or SDR targeting the enterprise market (5k-30k employees) in a B2B SaaS environment, previous experience in outbound and/or account-based marketing, strong written and oral communication skills, and a Master's degree in a related field is a bonus.

Responsibilities

The Business Development Representative will generate opportunities from 360Learning’s top priority, highest potential accounts by developing personalized outreach strategies to connect with target personas and transform intent signals into a sales pipeline, creating and qualifying cold outbound leads through cold-calls, email, and LinkedIn, detecting customer pain points and understanding their context, evangelizing collaborative learning in the market, pitching the 360Learning value proposition, collaborating with coaches, marketing operations, demand generation, and sales, finishing onboarding and beginning their core role, mastering the tool stack and ramping up on outbound, acting as a strategic partner to a Senior Account Manager, defining their long-term Account Roadmap, identifying and leveraging compelling new business entryways, reaching 100% of monthly target, researching and strategizing an approach to create interest and engage, detecting and sharing opportunities to improve outbound processes, and being eligible to transition to an AE or KAM role.
