Responsibilities

  • Follow-up with high-quality leads from the Growth Marketing team
  • Prospect cold sales-sourced leads and own the full sales process
  • Build growth opportunities through warm and cold outreach (emails, calls, SMS) and qualification
  • Be the first touchpoint articulating the Wealthsimple value proposition to prospects
  • Work closely with Product and Marketing teams on “playtests” requiring client interaction
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing on creative projects driving revenue and net deposit growth
  • Achieve monthly quotas and daily KPIs of outbound touches (email, calls, text)
  • Nurture and educate prospective clients through the sales cycle until qualified
