Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, a minimum of two years of experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR), preferably in a SaaS company, and preferred experience in the Japanese market. They should demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach campaigns, and experience utilizing prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, and LeadIQ. A basic knowledge of workplace SaaS software is considered a plus.

Responsibilities

The Business Development Representative will generate new business leads to fuel the sales pipeline, collaborate with other BDRs and Account Executives, drive net new business meetings through targeted campaigns, create and prioritize strategic target account lists, conduct account research and build new and existing accounts, maintain data cleanliness and optimize Sales Development tech stack processes, and track performance against metrics.
