Requirements

Candidates should possess knowledge of basic sales principles, processes, and methods, along with an understanding of how businesses market themselves and propose their services to prospective customers. They must be able to identify key decision-makers, understand and define their needs, and communicate the value of Jupiter’s solutions. Candidates should have the ability to build and nurture internal relationships, respond constructively to rejection or frustration, manage multiple assignments, and maintain a database of leads, contacts, accounts, and opportunities accurately and consistently. Experience with Salesforce or similar contact management systems and a polished personal presentation are also required.

Responsibilities

As a Business Development Representative, you will conduct cold calls to potential clients to generate leads, provide timely follow-up on marketing campaigns, research target accounts and create a knowledgebase of information, work with Sales Executives to bring accounts to closure, promote and draw attendance to conferences and events, and effectively prepare the sales team with contact and account knowledge in preparation for meetings.
