  • Be proficient in CRM software and other relevant tools for managing customer accounts, leads, opportunities and sales activities
  • Have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a similar role

  • Analyse market trends, sales data and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry developments and opportunities
  • Provide regular reports and updates to management on account performance, forecasts, and key metrics
  • Effectively manage multiple sales opportunities
