Requirements

  • Experience in business-to-business selling and managing using a consultative sales approach, preferably in solution and sales management
  • Around 5 years of experience in Healthcare/Pharmaceutical sector, developing and implementing strategies for public and private sector engagement as an individual contributor
  • Good understanding of the health system and private health sector, including hospitals, pharmaceutical industry, health insurance
  • Experience in selling technology services and solutions
  • Successful track record of managing (planning and delivery) complex, interdisciplinary projects
  • Ability to build in-depth and long-standing relationships with client companies, especially at a senior level
  • Ability to influence internal and/or external constituents
  • Excellent judgment and decision-making skills
  • Performs work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to represent the company with external constituents

Responsibilities

  • Drive, manage, and execute the business and growth goals in terms of revenues and assigned accounts
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within assigned accounts; seek out and identify new revenue opportunities at existing and potential clients, anticipating their needs
  • Serve as the primary owner of client engagements with ultimate responsibility for client satisfaction and delivering high levels of quality and added value
  • Plan, develop, coordinate, and assist with project activities through all project phases; allocate, obtain, and manage resources and project management tools to achieve project objectives; create and implement assessment processes to ensure projects are completed on time, milestones/goals are met, and adhere to approved budgets
  • Serve as a solutions-based expert, internally and externally, by applying consultative problem-solving skills and when required participate in contract renewal efforts on large accounts
  • Oversee and manage sales, marketing, delivery, and project management activities to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction
  • Ensure accurate and efficient data collection to support project objectives and client requirements, working on a global and regional way in the pursuit of multi-country opportunities
  • Build, manage, and lead engagements within clients by leveraging IQVIA offerings and identify new business opportunities
  • Oversee sales, operations, and strategies for both new and existing customers, building and reinforcing IQVIA position
