The Role

Join our dynamic sales team to nurture and grow our existing and new broker networks and partners. Key responsibilities include:

  • Acquiring new high-value partners through industry events, meetups, calls, and online meetings.
  • Maintaining strong relationships within your partner network.
  • Understanding the cost of acquiring a broker's business.
  • Thoroughly qualifying leads, managing broker expectations, and professionally communicating outcomes.
  • Building strong working relationships with internal relationship and credit teams.
  • Developing a comprehensive understanding of our product suite and competitive positioning.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in a business development role within a professional services environment.
  • An excellent track record of growing and nurturing a network.
  • Demonstrated business acumen to quickly learn and understand financial products.
