NeuroNav is seeking a passionate and results-driven Business Development Manager to focus on building relationships and driving referrals for our transformative services. This role is crucial in increasing awareness among families and Regional Center case managers, supporting our mission to empower individuals with developmental disabilities. NeuroNav specializes in assisting families in navigating California’s Self-Determination program, offering personalized access to state resources. We are looking for a strategic and empathetic individual who can actively engage with families and build trust with Regional Center case managers to expand our outreach efforts and referral pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Family Engagement: Proactively connect with interested families through email and call campaigns, providing clear guidance on enrolling and accessing the Self-Determination program.
  • Regional Center Partnerships: Establish and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with Regional Center case managers, social workers, and service coordinators to generate referrals and promote NeuroNav's services.
  • Referral Program Execution: Collaborate with the Marketing Lead to implement referral programs and ensure case managers are fully informed about how NeuroNav supports client goals through the Self-Determination Program.
  • Educational Outreach: Conduct informative one-on-one and group sessions for Regional Center teams, highlighting the benefits of NeuroNav’s services and the referral process.
  • Lead Management & Reporting: Diligently manage and track leads from families and Regional Centers, ensuring timely follow-ups and maintaining CRM systems for optimal referral process management.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing and Care Management teams to ensure a seamless referral experience and contribute to refining processes and outreach strategies.
  • Community Representation: Actively participate in virtual and in-person meetings with Regional Center teams and families, representing NeuroNav to build community awareness and trust.
  • Performance Focus: Achieve referral goals and cultivate strong, lasting relationships within the community.
