Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience directly managing a team of SDR/BDRs (growth-stage experience highly preferred)
  • Experience as a quota-exceeding BDR; additional experience as an AE is a plus
  • Metrics-driven, with ability to drive team to meet daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly targets
  • Strong executive presence and ability to maintain confidentiality and business ethics
  • Expert in using Salesforce and other sales tools (Outreach, Gong, etc.) to drive productivity
  • Proven ability to effectively hire and train new reps
  • Growth mindset, desire to bring out the best in teams, introduce new ideas, and excel
  • Comfort working in fast-paced environments and navigating unknowns with iterating sales/product roadmaps

Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and coach a team of BDRs to generate new qualified opportunities and pipeline for the Enterprise and Corporate team
  • Lead a highly motivated and high-achieving team, including hiring, training, and mentoring
  • Manage daily, weekly, and monthly performance of the outbound team to ensure quotas are met and achieved
  • Partner with Growth, RevOps, and Marketing to provide reporting on lead volume, pipeline, conversions, and sales opportunities per marketing campaign
  • Collaborate with the RVP of Sales to build and roll out innovative prospecting strategies
  • Closely monitor metrics against goals and proactively address issues with solutions
