Requirements

  • Passion for the gaming world and be an active member of the industry
  • 3 or more years' experience selling in the entertainment and/or video games industry
  • Strong understanding of game making, market trends, industry dynamics and current industry landscape
  • Account Management and Key Account Management skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to deliver under pressure and to deadlines
  • Degree or Master in business, marketing, sales or other videogame related field
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be self-motivated and able to operate in a remote environment
  • Must be comfortable working and communicating with exec/senior contact levels
  • Additional language skills valued
  • Willingness to travel periodically to client sites and industry events, and spend time at UK studios

Responsibilities

  • Source work for UK based videogame studios
  • Ignite and guide relationships between studios and clients, from sourcing, proposal building, and negotiation to issue resolution
  • Seek and maintain relationships with the entire gaming industry
  • Find new avenues and opportunities of work for Create Studios
  • Uphold quality in responses and communications
  • Own the RFP responses of the studios
  • Nurture existing development relationships
  • Communicate effectively and transparently with the larger network of people
  • Uphold and match the quality of work provided by the studios
