Requirements

3–5+ years of experience in business development, partner/channel management, or sales in the IT, SaaS, or technology industry
Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and indirect sales models
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain productive business relationships
Proven track record of driving revenue growth through partners or alliances
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills — comfortable speaking with both business and technical audiences
Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts at a high level, and translate them into business value
Experience delivering enablement programs, training, or sales workshops is a plus
Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management skills
Consultative, customer-first mindset with the ability to uncover needs and position solutions
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
Fluency in Danish and English language
Positive mindset, ability to build strong relationships, target driven
Some technical flair and understanding of the solution or ability to gain the knowledge easily

Responsibilities

Developing, managing, and growing strategic partner relationships to increase solution adoption and revenue
Collaborate with partners on joint business plans, marketing campaigns, and pipeline development activities
Contribute to forecasting, pipeline reviews, and strategic business planning
Drive pipeline growth through joint partner activities, events, and campaigns
Supporting partners with the knowledge, tools, and activities they need to succeed
Increasing partner engagement and driving new revenue opportunities
Ensuring solutions are clearly understood and effectively positioned with both partners and end customers
Taking the first customer meeting together with the partner – before SE’s take over
