Responsibilities

  • Oversee, manage business operations and drive the performance of Advanced Therapies for multiple zones especially the Tier 1 geography
  • Manage, coach and support a team of employees to ensure operational goals are met while fostering a positive and productive work environment
  • Achieve sales targets, revenue goals and product-specific targets within the assigned zones
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, optimize processes, and ensure efficiency within their area
  • Gain a deep understanding of the assigned key accounts' business goals, challenges and opportunities
  • Develop and implement business strategies, identify growth opportunities and analyse market trends
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and provide regular reports on performance to senior management
  • Address challenges, make informed decisions and implement solutions to drive business growth
  • Effectively communicate with team members, superiors and external stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster innovation to enhance operational efficiency
  • Conduct Monthly and Quarterly Sales Review Meetings for the sales teams
  • Foster a team culture aligned with company values and encourage collaboration, motivation, and a sense of belonging
  • Lead and motivate sales teams to achieve goals, manage teams and provide training
  • Manage budgets and ensure profitability within the assigned geographies
  • Provide clinical demonstration/support and training to customers on product usage and best practices to drive Therapy Upgradation
  • Identify, develop and engage Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) to advocate for Therapy Upgradation and Adoption
