Requirements

  • 4+ years experience in Business Development, Sales, Partnerships, or Commercial Strategy
  • Strong understanding of the Turkish digital, tech, SaaS or gaming ecosystem (preferred)
  • Proven track record in deal-making, revenue generation, or partnership growth
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills with fluency in Turkish & English

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or related field (MBA is a plus)

  • Prior experience in business development, partnerships, or commercial expansion within the Turkish market

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute commercial growth strategies in Turkey, identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and securing revenue-driving partnerships
  • Actively engage with gaming communities, events, studios, publishers, and online forums within Turkey to expand presence and generate partnership leads
  • Identify and qualify prospective clients, understand their needs, and present tailored solution proposals aligned with their goals
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle—from pipeline growth and negotiation through deal closure, onboarding support, and sustained account expansion
  • Monitor regional market trends and competitive activity, providing insight and feedback to internal teams to support strategic planning and product development
  • Collaborate closely with product, marketing, operations, and legal teams to ensure smooth solution delivery and strong partner satisfaction
  • Represent the company at conferences, client meetings, and industry events, with willingness to travel across Turkey and periodically internationally
