Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders (an asset)
  • Ability to organize, plan, and prioritize effectively
  • Proficiency with HubSpot, Outreach, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills with C-level prospects

  • Ability to travel between Canada and the USA
  • Travel industry experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow your sales pipeline, presenting results to leadership
  • Identify, pursue, and convert new prospects into long-term clients
  • Participate in monthly and annual planning sessions to establish and achieve long-term objectives
  • Attend joint client appointments and collaborate with team members
  • Demonstrate a winning, growth-oriented attitude in all aspects of the role
  • Commit to personal and professional development to consistently improve performance
  • Consistently hit and exceed KPIs while contributing to a winning culture
  • Collaborate with Operations, Implementation and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless client experiences
