A strong network of C-level contacts in target sectors is required, along with fluency in Polish and English. Exceptional presentation and communication skills are essential, and candidates should be open to travel across Poland and occasionally internationally.
The Business Development Manager will drive new business and cross-selling within key accounts to achieve sales targets. They will represent Dun & Bradstreet at industry events and conferences to build brand presence. The role involves identifying and implementing process improvements in sales and customer engagement, utilizing data-driven insights for effective pipeline management and forecasting. Continuous learning about Dun & Bradstreet products, industry trends, and best practices is expected, along with promoting sales transparency by adhering to clear sales policies and processes. Collaboration with internal teams to support goals and team success is also a key responsibility.
