Requirements

Candidates should have 5-10 years of experience in the Operations, Supply Chain, or Network department of existing Logistics Service Providers. A solution-building mindset is essential, along with strong industry networks in the LSP sector. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to commercialize offerings to LSPs and have a solid understanding of the Logistics Service Providers landscape in Indonesia. Good local networks into Supply Chain, Procurement, and/or Transport Departments are required, along with skills in collaborative or value-based selling.

Responsibilities

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for achieving assigned sales targets, activity targets, and new acquisition goals, along with shipper retention and growth in the Logistics Service Provider Sectors. They will also be accountable for fulfilling activities assigned to the individual salesperson and ensuring continuous growth and expansion of accounts.
