Requirements

  • Minimum 1–3 years of proven experience in a commercial/sales role
  • Having exposure to handling clients in the Fnb, Packaging, & Electronics Industry
  • Target-oriented, achiever, and creative
  • Excellent understanding of sales processes and actual selling

Responsibilities

  • Involvement in mapping and prospecting clients in Corporate/B2B within the Jabodetabek area
  • Executing meeting Sales Revenue/no of volume/no of Shipper objectives or portfolio level via retention or lapse
  • Develop solid and trusting relationships and acquisition activities by servicing and retaining existing customers and targeting new business opportunities
  • Responsible for fulfilling activities assigned to the individual salesperson
  • Responsible for shipper acquisition and shipper growth
  • Assess leads that are feasible to follow up and convert into opportunities
  • Conduct pricing negotiations based on the assigned pricing framework
