Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a college or university (a plus); related experience and/or training required
Business-to-business sales experience in professional services and technology solutions (strongly preferred)
Experience in closed sales for new business of large accounts, within the company or externally in a similar industry and position
Understanding of customer-centric sales methodology
Track record of lead generation, key account targeting, qualifying, and closing new business (including new and existing accounts)
Enterprise-level sales experience in the localization industry
Demonstrated ability to create and execute a successful business development strategy
Demonstrated competence in working independently to structure, negotiate, and close multi-million dollar accounts with leading companies, particularly in technology, manufacturing, consumer, travel/hospitality, and finance industries
Strong analytical and quantitative skills; bias towards data-based decision making; comfort with financial and operational analysis
Excellent communication and persuasion skills

Responsibilities

Make contact with clients to develop and maintain healthy working relationships with Welocalize
Work with Program Directors, Enterprise Project Managers, and/or Project Managers to create territory, account, and opportunity plans, RFPs, SOWs, quotes, and ensure administrative details are handled effectively
Work within and maintain customer data in Salesforce.com (e.g., sales forecasts, plans, activities, opportunities, pipelines)
Coordinate RFP/RFQ/RFI responses as needed
Travel approximately 30%, including customer visits and industry events
Work in a global team to define value proposition and service offerings for existing and new clients
In conjunction with manager, generate higher return on sales and marketing efforts to produce larger volume of target clients
In conjunction with manager and global team, move opportunities through sales process to achieve closed sales above budget (including closing)
Take responsibility and accountability for designated clients, territories, verticals, horizontals, service offerings, and projects
Collaborate with global team to define internal/external expectations and align to specific deliverables
Work globally with production, marketing, operations management, and senior leadership to acquire new business in target territory
Contribute to overall customer experience through customer-centric sales methodology
