Ability to prospect and run Heartland Payments presentations in person and over the phone to business owners or Financial Institution (FI) Partners
Proficiency in using Atlas CRM and Salesforce for explaining value proposition, lead generation, sales presentations, client financial analysis, and paperless contract processing
Capability to upsell current clients on other Heartland products and services
Skills in maintaining regular communication with Financial Institutions District Manager
Willingness to visit assigned financial institutions (FI) branch locations weekly for partner engagement
Ability to foster strong relationships, align with branch goals, and drive collaboration
Readiness to undergo training on short-cycle sales process, accompanied by District Manager initially
Commitment to achieving minimum production requirements, including setting first-time appointments to secure quota
Responsibilities
Prospecting new clients into the North America Merchant Services realm
Running Heartland Payments presentations to close deals within a fast sales cycle
Maintaining and building trusted partnerships with FI partners through branch visits, monthly training sessions, bank meetings, and huddles
Maintaining existing/prospective client records in Atlas and Salesforce, including call notes, scheduled interactions, contact information, and other relevant data
Ensuring alignment with branch goals and serving as a key resource for collaboration and success
Achieving minimum production requirements and securing quota through appointments and sales activities
Engaging in partner activity to drive success with FI partners
