A Business Intelligence Analyst is sought to join an enterprise tech client’s design team, focusing on digital marketing analytics and business intelligence to support mobile acquisition strategies. This role involves working closely with various stakeholders to provide data-driven insights and optimize campaign performance.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5-7+ years’ experience required.
  • Mobile Analytics: 5-7+ years’ experience with mobile analytics, ideally in consumer media.
  • Programming Knowledge: Basic knowledge of programming languages to comprehend reading code and basic functions.
  • Business Solutions: Ability to create business solutions that increase competitive advantage.
  • Industry Experience (Preferred): Enterprise experience preferred, technology industry experience preferred.
  • Judgment: Ability to exercise good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Works with key stakeholders across functions (Acquisition Marketing Lead, Consumer Go-To-Market, Global Media, Finance, Data Science) to provide digital marketing analytics and business intelligence.
  • Campaign Analysis: Prepares campaign analytics and return-on-investment analyses to aid in decisions on campaign and media costing optimization.
  • Metric Development: Develops standardized metrics and analyzes forecasts to evaluate and benchmark short- and long-term planning.
  • Strategic Support: Demonstrates an informed knowledge of marketing and business functions to resolve problems and suggest optimization opportunities.
  • Process Support: Supports one or more highly complex business processes.
  • Liaison Role: Serves as a liaison between the business, Data Science, and Media agencies to facilitate technical and analytical solutions.
  • Strategy & Execution: Develops and executes strategies to optimize processes, enhance operational efficiency, and drive business outcomes.
  • Relationship Building: Builds strong relationships with stakeholders to understand strategic business needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Budget Management: Manages budget hygiene activities including meeting with budget owners, managing purchase orders, expense reports, and tracking invoicing.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborates cross-functionally to identify opportunities for improvement and implement innovative solutions.
  • Data-Driven Initiatives: Implements rhythm of business practices and leads data analytics initiatives to drive actionable insights and informed decision-making.
  • Resource Management: Manages program resources effectively, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and maximizing value delivery.
  • Performance Tracking: Establishes key performance indicators and develops regular reporting mechanisms to track program performance and provide insights to stakeholders.
