Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience or master’s degree with 6+ years
  • Experience within the Financial Services industry, specifically investment performance and analytics preferred
  • Growth mindset and willingness to learn and adapt
  • Desire to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team
  • Strong execution background with the ability to multi-task and prioritize for efficiency and business need
  • Proven ability to write business requirements, identify use cases with attention to detail
  • Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills and an intellectually curious approach
  • Ability to collaboratively build and present a compelling story based on data and analysis
  • Data/API query a plus (JSON editor, BRUNO, SQL/SQL Dev)

Responsibilities

  • Conducting thorough analysis of customer needs, business processes, and technical capabilities to create and prioritize solutions
  • Collaborating closely with partners to drive capture requirements, documentation and informing the path and implementation plan
  • Working closely with systems analysts researching data, accessing APIs
  • Participating in development cycles, balancing pace over perfection
  • Developing and supporting investment insights and analytics for Wealth, Brokerage and Workplace customers
  • Partnering with a variety of key stakeholders including other teams within the Product Area, Wealth Solutions, Brokerage, Workplace and Wealth Technology partners
