Requirements

Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience or master’s degree with 6+ years
Experience within the Financial Services industry, specifically investment performance and analytics preferred
Growth mindset and willingness to learn and adapt
Desire to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team
Strong execution background with the ability to multi-task and prioritize for efficiency and business need
Proven ability to write business requirements, identify use cases with attention to detail
Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills and an intellectually curious approach
Ability to collaboratively build and present a compelling story based on data and analysis
Data/API query a plus (JSON editor, BRUNO, SQL/SQL Dev)

Responsibilities

Conducting thorough analysis of customer needs, business processes, and technical capabilities to create and prioritize solutions
Collaborating closely with partners to drive capture requirements, documentation and informing the path and implementation plan
Working closely with systems analysts researching data, accessing APIs
Participating in development cycles, balancing pace over perfection
Developing and supporting investment insights and analytics for Wealth, Brokerage and Workplace customers
Partnering with a variety of key stakeholders including other teams within the Product Area, Wealth Solutions, Brokerage, Workplace and Wealth Technology partners
