Requirements

Candidates should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in business intelligence or data analysis, specifically within the financial services, software development, or a similar industry, and demonstrate exceptional skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Slides. Strong analytical skills are required, including the ability to discern patterns from complex data, produce accurate conclusions, and report critical information or recommendations. Outstanding oral and written communication skills are also necessary, alongside attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

The Business Analyst I will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal, Operations, and Revenue teams as part of a newly formed Content Strategy, Planning and Analysis team. They will analyze data using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, and create compelling charts and presentations for product and content leaders, offering actionable suggestions to improve operational decision-making. The role involves building and maintaining effective presentations and contributing to the team's efforts to enhance or influence operational decisions.
