In-depth analysis, design, configuration, testing and maintenance skills for complex systems
Strong understanding of business systems, industry requirements, and payment card industry/security compliance
Expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that meet user requirements within sizing estimates
Ability to analyze business and user needs, document requirements, and translate into system specifications
Proficiency in formulating and designing automated systems scope and objectives based on user needs
Experience with system configuration, business design, integration, and acceptance testing
Knowledge of logical flowcharts, system screens, database structures, and technical specifications

Responsibilities
Analyze business requests and formulate/design automated systems scope and objectives
Act as a liaison between client end-users, programmers, and test analysts for optimal system performance
Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and understand the client's business
Consult with management to identify, define, and document business needs, objectives, procedures, problems, input/output requirements, data scope, security, and access levels
Maintain communications with end-users and review feedback to ensure systems meet expectations
Analyze, interpret, and develop business specifications and logical flowcharts for programmers
Leverage system/module knowledge to design screens and database structures
Coordinate with programmers to design/develop requirements and assess feasibility of new systems/enhancements
Prepare input for system design, including reports, screen definitions, logical flows, and implementation plans
Provide support to resolve cross-system issues affecting business processes and track incidents
Identify system impacts from business changes, user needs, external environment, or operating systems
Lead documentation of client training, procedures, post-implementation issues, and compliance standards
Maintain, administer, and review procedures, methodologies, and application standards including PCI and security compliance
Develop, administer, and recommend best practices for testing, planning, and validation
