Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in business administration or an IT-related field, or equivalent experience, with PMP, PMI-PBA, CBAP, or CCBA certifications being a plus. Required knowledge includes Identity Governance and Administration, Access Management, SSO/Federation, Privileged Access Management, and Enterprise Directories, as well as the nine project management knowledge areas. A minimum of 2 years of experience is required in IT operations or business analysis, customer service/liaison/relationship management or vendor management, and in requirements gathering and business process documentation, along with 2 years of experience in IAM administration/implementation.

Responsibilities

The Business Analyst will assess current IAM environments by interviewing stakeholders and reviewing documents, facilitate meetings to elicit business and functional requirements, and conduct business process analysis. Responsibilities include analyzing client business processes and functional requirements, preparing documentation, reviewing and analyzing client and system data to aid in IAM system design, and drafting use cases, process workflows, analysis reports, and requirements documents. The role also involves assisting IAM architects and engineers with design documentation, developing test plans and test cases for IAM solutions, performing document reviews for compliance and quality, communicating status with timely reporting and escalation, and performing other duties as assigned.
