Responsibilities

  • Actively identify opportunities by uncovering critical assay analysis needs
  • Drive business and manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure: conduct outreach, qualify prospects, manage software demonstrations (with the professional services team), communicate proposals, build value, negotiate and close deals
  • Manage active accounts - build trusted relationships to become the preferred partner for your clients, understand customer situation and scientific, technical, and business needs, manage software renewals and retain customers, expand licenses, develop opportunities for paid projects
  • Interact with the professional services, product management, marketing and other teams to identify and build opportunities and sell software and services
