Responsibilities
Assist with creating and delivering face-to-face sales presentations demonstrating knowledge of latest Comcast products and services
Promote and sell bundled products to provide optimal customer solutions, exceeding departmental, financial, and unit targets
Stay informed on competitive landscape and emerging technologies to position Comcast Business Services effectively
Generate new leads through prospecting activities (cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals, partner relationships), focusing on goal achievement
Develop sales territory by cultivating local business partnerships and organizational affiliations
Retain customer base by delivering on Comcast Credo, ensuring superior customer experience, building relationships, and collaborating with internal teams for operational efficiencies and service levels
Prepare sales and activity reports as required
Participate in regular out-of-office customer meetings
