Responsibilities

  • Assist with creating and delivering face-to-face sales presentations demonstrating knowledge of latest Comcast products and services
  • Promote and sell bundled products to provide optimal customer solutions, exceeding departmental, financial, and unit targets
  • Stay informed on competitive landscape and emerging technologies to position Comcast Business Services effectively
  • Generate new leads through prospecting activities (cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals, partner relationships), focusing on goal achievement
  • Develop sales territory by cultivating local business partnerships and organizational affiliations
  • Retain customer base by delivering on Comcast Credo, ensuring superior customer experience, building relationships, and collaborating with internal teams for operational efficiencies and service levels
  • Prepare sales and activity reports as required
  • Participate in regular out-of-office customer meetings
  • Perform other duties as assigned
