Willow is a global company focused on digitizing the building world to create a better built environment. We are looking for a Deployment & Activation Coordinator to deploy the Willow platform for our customers. This role requires expertise in building systems, Fault Detection & Diagnostics, and data analytics. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure data quality and accuracy, contribute to the creation of building digital twins, and support customer-facing discovery sessions.

Requirements

  • Experience:
    • 3+ years of experience in Building Automation Services or a similar field.
  • Education:
    • Qualifications in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering are viewed favorably.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Solid understanding of typical building technology, including HVAC controls, BMS, lighting controls, energy metering networks, IT/OT/IoT Devices, network access controls, and security technologies.
    • Proficiency in Fault Detection & Diagnostics and troubleshooting within Building Automation.
  • Personal Attributes:
    • Eagerness to learn new technology.

Responsibilities

  • Platform Deployment & Activation: Manage the deployment of the Willow platform for customers through all project stages: Pre-Integrations, IoT Integrations, Data Acquisition, and Data Tagging.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Provide support to product, software development, customer support, and customer success teams through knowledge sharing, training sessions, product testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Data Tagging & Quality Assurance: Conduct data tagging and skill activation across multiple sites, performing quality assurance reviews to ensure data accuracy.
  • Data Analysis & Validation: Review data within the Willow platform (via front end, database, or API) and validate it against other applications.
  • Digital Twin Creation: Leverage industry knowledge to create building digital twins.
  • Customer Engagement: Partner with other Willow teams to support customer-facing discovery sessions and workshops.
  • Documentation: Review project documentation and create necessary documents, such as network topologies or similar diagrams.
