Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 3 years of experience in Building Automation Services or a related field, with Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering qualifications being viewed favorably. A strong eagerness to learn new technology and a solid understanding of typical building technology, including HVAC controls, Building Management Systems (BMS), lighting controls, energy metering networks, IT/OT/IoT Devices and networks access controls and security technologies are required.

Responsibilities

The Deployment & Activation Coordinator will work with Delivery Project Managers and Engineers throughout the project lifecycle, including pre-integrations, IoT integrations, and data tagging. They will serve as a Subject Matter Expert, supporting product, software development, customer support, and customer success teams through knowledge sharing, training sessions, product testing, and troubleshooting. The role involves reviewing project documentation, performing data tagging and skill activation across multiple sites, conducting quality assurance reviews to ensure data accuracy, reviewing data through various interfaces, and creating building digital twins. Furthermore, they will partner with other Willow teams to support customer-facing discovery sessions and workshops, and utilize industry knowledge to analyze data and identify areas for optimization.
