Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and approach new broker firms using a variety of research methods and outreach strategies
  • Conduct detailed conversations to understand broker business models, permissions, and suitability for onboarding (fact-finding & qualification)
  • Own the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring brokers are supported and guided through each stage
  • Work to clear monthly and quarterly targets focused on new broker panel additions
  • Manage Together’s broker-facing social media pages (e.g., Facebook), using them to promote opportunities and engage prospects
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach, conversations, and onboarding progress using internal systems (CRM & data management)
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth handover and integration of newly onboarded brokers (collaboration)
  • Maintain updates on segmentation modelling to drive prioritisation based on potential volume, quality, relationship and market share
  • Maintain competitor panel intel to identify gaps or opportunities for Together to differentiate
  • Track industry events, webinars etc. and utilise data to onboard brokers (prospect)
  • Build relationships with introducing brokers to encourage onboarding (network)
