Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or engineering, coupled with 2 to 4 years of experience in marketing or sales within the pharmaceutical industry. Experience interacting with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), medical associations, and wholesalers is required, along with bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, including strong communication and writing skills.
The Brand Associate will contribute to maximizing brand performance, driving profitability and growth, and launching new products as an integral part of the marketing team. This role involves participating in brand strategy discussions, executing annual brand plans, and collaborating on digital/social programming, packaging updates, and promotions. The associate will synthesize market insights to develop strategies, create and implement action plans for secondary brands, and support the Senior Manager with brand programs. Responsibilities also include ensuring sales representatives have necessary promotional tools, accurately managing the Profit & Loss (P&L) of assigned secondary brands, diagnosing brand situations by integrating business aspects, continuously reviewing market trends, and developing promotional materials to generate demand.
