Requirements

Candidates must possess at least 1 year of experience in product management or a related field such as business analysis, product operations, project management, or software engineering. A strong desire to work on technical products, excellent problem-solving skills, user empathy, and strong communication and collaboration skills are essential. Experience with identity and authentication systems, API-driven products, or the EdTech industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Associate Product Manager will optimize user onboarding flows to improve sign-up conversion rates and reduce friction. They will collaborate with the data team to ensure user systems produce clean and reliable data. Responsibilities include partnering with engineering to define requirements and prioritize the backlog for user identity, access, and management systems. The role also involves being the product owner for back-office tooling to improve efficiency for Customer Support and Integrations teams, and translating product strategy into detailed user stories for launch.
