The Bookkeeping and Admin Assistant will perform basic bookkeeping tasks in Xero, including bank reconciliations and transaction entry. They will also support monthly payroll processing for the Australian team using Xero, prepare and issue client invoices, reconcile accounts, and assist with basic journal entries. Additionally, the role involves supporting administrative tasks related to AWS, such as using the AWS APN Portal and Payee Central.
