Job Opportunity: Accounting and Financial Administrator (Remote)

Position Overview

ConnectOS is seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Accounting and Financial Administrator to join our client's team. This role involves supporting core bookkeeping, payroll processing, client invoicing, and AWS administration tasks for a company that enhances customer experiences using Amazon Connect.

Salary and Schedule

• Salary Package: P30,000 - P50,000
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 06:00 AM - 03:00 PM PHT
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Location Type: Remote
• Department: Accounting

Key Responsibilities

• Basic Bookkeeping:
  • Assist with Xero bookkeeping tasks.
  • Perform bank reconciliations.
  • Handle basic transaction entry.
• Payroll Processing:
  • Support monthly payroll processing for the Australian team (approximately 5–10 staff) using Xero.
• Client Invoicing and Financial Admin:
  • Prepare and issue invoices via Xero.
  • Reconcile accounts.
  • Assist with basic journal entries.
• AWS Admin Support:
  • Support administration tasks related to AWS.
  • Utilize AWS APN Portal and Payee Central.

Skills and Qualifications

• Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Xero (bookkeeping and payroll).
  • Experience with AWS admin tools (e.g., APN Portal, Payee Central).
  • Exposure to Australian B2B invoicing practices.
  • Strong English communication skills, particularly written communication for client liaison.
• Nice to Have:
  • Experience in the MSP (Managed Service Provider) Industry.
  • Australian Client Experience.
  • Business Support experience.
